The Gritti Palace, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Venice

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right by the river and close to the Gondola stop. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful terrace and decor. The staff was really good, especially Beatrice in the restaurant, who provided excellent service and were great too make our experience nice. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was fine.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The small attentions of the staff. The bedding. The mini bar

The toilets are not separated from the rest of the bathroom.

The charm of the authentic and historic place. The proximity of all the good places of Venice. The cocktail bar in the evening. The beautiful and comfortable room

The room is beautiful but looks a bit too much like Palace rooms in other cities in my opinion / not local enough Venice style maybe? The sun terrace was closed

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal, offering stunning views of the cathedral. The room was elegantly appointed and spacious, with a beautifully designed bathroom and top-notch amenities. The staff provided impeccable service throughout our stay, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food. The hotel's bar and dining room had a wonderful atmosphere, adding to the overall experience.

We did notice some issues with the size of the hotel. As it is on the smaller side, it may not offer as many facilities or room advantages compared to larger luxury hotels.

Very attentive staff, both in the restaurant, reception, doormen and almost all the concierges.

Elevator noise in the room. It was stuck.

Luxury Collection hotel with really good service and attention to detail. We were really surprised by the beautiful room and marble bathrooms. The concierge staff were very good with recommendations and special treats at recommended restaurants. The hotel also offered unique activities for our kids, like mask painting. The staff's attention to detail was evident when they went out of their way to return my lost earbuds. I highly recommend this hotel.

The return transfer to the airport was forgotten (called back the day before!). Too bad, being at 6:00 am in the rain alone for 30 minutes is not ideal!

This hotel is perfectly located right on the grand canal, providing easy access to the water taxi for airport or cruise terminal transfers. The breathtaking view of the Grand Canal from the terrace is simply amazing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with luxurious bathrooms. The service provided by the concierges is exceptional, as they go above and beyond to ensure a hassle-free stay. The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious and served in a remarkably opulent setting.

Some staff members were impolite and disinterested, which is definitely an area that needs improvement.

The croissants were neither good nor crispy!! The great room!!!

Opulent, formal, and regal hotel. Amazing views from terrace. Large suite, no view but comfortable bed. Friendly staff always happy to help. Stunning bar and terrace, perfect for pre/post dinner drink. Convenient location near Piazza San Marco. Great recommendations from concierge. Spectacular interior filled with art. Unbelievable restaurant and terrace overlooking the Canale Grande. Beautiful rooms with canal view. Excellent, albeit expensive, dining experience. Attentive staff, made a special cake for my daughter's birthday. Large and comfortable rooms with great canal view. Small gym with essential equipment. Lovely spa. Would definitely stay again with kids or as a couple.

Very luxurious... very nice staff. I found a big bouquet of roses for my 60th birthday !!! Really lovely dining room and bar, sublime if you like the 18th century very romantic.

I prefer to sleep with softer cushions ... but it's obviously very personal!!!!

This venue is a true luxury experience. the staff was welcoming and professional, and the service was efficient. the room was lavishly decorated and had exclusive amenities, including a modern marble bathroom. the bar and restaurant had a beautiful view of the surroundings and offered excellent food and drinks. the concierge service was top-notch, providing us with suggestions and directions for sightseeing.

the continental breakfast could have offered more options and been a bit more varied, but this is a minor detail in the impressive luxury experience the hotel provides.

The Gritty Palace was awesome. Cosy atmosphere, central location with fine Grand Canal views. Luxurious rooms, comfortable beds and really good staff.

The attentive staff and excellent customer service really stood out. They were friendly, professional, and were great too ensure my needs were met. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to major attractions and a convenient distance from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I particularly enjoyed the well-designed rooms, both fine and comfortable. The attention to detail, especially in the bathrooms, added to the overall elegance of the hotel.

Excellent facilities, opulent and regal atmosphere, amazing terrace views, reminded me of home, accommodating to family with interconnecting rooms.
